Frohe Ostern!/Happy Easter!

Ich hoffe, ihr habt einen schönen Ostersonntag!

Passend zum Anlass zeige ich euch heute das Osterkörbchen meines Sohnes, das gestern noch fertig geworden ist. 

Ich hab im Internet nichts gefunden, das mich absolut überzeugt hat, also hab ich die Suchergebnisse als Inspiration verwendet und selbst ein Schnittmuster erstellt. 

Das Häschen ist aus 4mm starkem Filz genäht, die Ohren und das Schwänzchen aus dünnem Filz. Die Applikationen und das Futter bestehen aus Baumwollstoffen und als Henkel dient Gurtband. 

Das Schnäuzchen ist mit engem Zickzack-Stich aufgestickt. 

Und da ich vergessen hab Ostergras zu kaufen, hab ich grüne Stoffreste mit der Zackenschere in schmale Streifen geschnitten. ;)

Fitting to the occasion I show you my son's easter-basket which I finished yesterday.

I searched in the Internet for a nice pattern but didn't find anything that really satisfied me - so I took the searching results for inspiration and made my own pattern. 

The bunny is made of 4mm felt, ears and tail of thin felt. 

The appliqués and the lining are made of cotton fabrics and for the handle I used some belt strap. 

The snout is stitched with a zigzag stitch. 

I forgot to buy some easter grass so I cut green fabrics into small stripes with my zigzag scissors. ;)

Mein Sohn ist erst 18 Monate alt, also zu jung für haufenweise Süsskram - also hat er nur zwei kleine Süßigkeiten und Ostereier bekommen und statt mehr Süsskram seine ersten Buntstifte. <3

My son's only 18 months old - too young for a lot of sweets. So he only got two little sweets and easter eggs and instead of more sweets his first crayons. <3

LotV - CaS

Unlängst gab es bei LotV -10%, da musste ich zuschlagen. ;)

Am Dienstag war die Zeit gekommen, ein paar meiner neuen Stempelchen zu verarbeiten - und mitten im colorieren dachte ich mir, dass die Motive perfekt wären für CaS-Karten. 

Also schnell die Büttenkarten von Tchibo rausgekramt und losgestempelt. :)

Recently LotV had a 10%-discount and I had to buy some stamps. ;)

Last tuesday the time was rip to use a few of my new motives - and as I was colouring some of them I had the thought that this motives would be perfect for CaS-cards.

So I retrieved my new card blanks from Tchibo and started the party. :)

sfc-Challenge #143 & nss-Challenge

Die beiden Challenges haben sich wieder hervorragend verbinden lassen - bei nss lautet das Thema "kleines Geschenk" und bei sfc "Liebe".

Entstanden ist eine kleine Klappbox, gefaltet aus einem A4-Bogen 300g-Farbkarton. 

Die neuen Maya-Motive sind ja so süß, ich hab mir gleich alle aus der "All for the Girls"-Kollektion gekauft!

This two challenges worked together perfectly again - at nss the theme is "little gift" and at sfc it's "Love".

I made a little box, folded from a sheet 300g-Paper in A4.

The new Maya-motives are so cute, I bought all of the "all for the girls"-Collection!

Nähmaschinen-Nadelkissen/sewing machine-pincushion

Diese Woche war nicht viel Zeit zum werkeln - ich katalogisiere meine Stempel, das ist bedeutend aufwändiger und zeitintensiver als gedacht. 

Unglaublich, was sich da ansammelt im Lauf der Zeit...

There wasn't much time for crafting this week - I index my stamps and this is much more extensive and time-consuming than I thought. 

Unbelievable what I hoard up in the lasr year...

Jetzt ist aber erstmal katalogisier-Pause, damit ich wieder ein bisschen kreativ sein kann. 

Ich hab mir ein kleines Nadelkissen für meine Nähmaschine genäht. Zum verschließen hab ich Knopflochgummi von farbenmix eingenäht.

Now I make a break from indexing, I need to be creative again. 

I sewed a little pincushion for my sewing machine and inserted some buttonhole-rubber tape to strap arround the machine.

Bade-Cupcakes / Bath-Cupcakes

Badebomben hab ich schon öfters gemacht, jetzt wollte ich unbedingt Cupcakes machen.

Die Böden hab ich aus ganz normaler Badebomben-Masse gemacht und dann ging's an das Topping. 

Ich hab dieses Rezept ausprobiert, das hat aber gar nicht hingehauen - erst wollte die Masse nicht fest werden und als die Konsistenz endlich spritzbar war hat sie auf den Böden zu sprudeln begonnen und ist zerlaufen. 

Ich hab nach einem anderen Rezept gesucht und wurde bei El Sapone fündig. Dieses Rezept hat super funktioniert, jetzt muss ich nur noch das aufspritzen üben. ;)

Beduftet sind die Törtchen mit Orange (Böden) und Sahne (Topping).

I made bathing bombs more often by now, now I wanted to make cupcakes. 

I used my usual bombs-receipe for the "cakes" and Thema tried to make the topping. 

I used this receipe but it didn't work - first, the mass didn't want to get solid and when it was in a consistence to sputter it, it was reacting with the cakes and started spattering. 

I searched for another receipe and found it at El Sapone. This receipe worked perfect, now I only have to train sputtering the topping. ;)

The cupcakes smell like orange (cakes) and whipped cream (topping).

Ich hab nur die Hälfte der Topping-Masse gemacht, aber es blieb trotzdem viel über. Diesen Rest hab ich mit Kirsche beduftet und rot eingefärbt und in Pralinenförmchen gefüllt. 

Leider war ich dabei wohl schlampig, sie sind nicht sonderlich hübsch geworden. 

Muss ich sie eben selbst verbaden. ;)

I only made the half of the topping-mass but there was left a much after spattering it on the cakes. I added cherry smell and red colour and put it in pralineforms. 

It seems like I worked in a slipshot way, they don't look very nice. 

I think I have to use them for myself. ;)
